We have been using PRC since they first opened over 30 years ago, they have always given us a very prompt and efficient service the fact we have stayed with them so long is a testimonial to this. Like all organisations with a large turnover occasionally things have not gone to plan but when problems have occurred they have always jumped to sort things out as quickly as possible. In recent times introduction of new digital techniques especially the facility to send images to them via an FTP file has been of great benefit to us being the small concern we are. Pity you can't send films by internet. We recommend them for all of your photographic needs and wish them continued success in the future.
